Heart Wreath

For Valentines Day instead of spending alot of money for something similar, I made a heart wreath.
Its pretty simple to make but it will take a while to make.

You will need:
Scissors
Tissue Paper
Cardboard
Double Stick Tape

(and if you want paint)
